I don’t know what that means, but I think this is a picture taken in Istanbul, and I bet means something romantic and sad with a hint of “Oh, how I’ve missed you so” in it.
Just a guess…

dear inunits,
i couldn’t figure out how else to contact you, but until i later figure out other methods of tumblr communication in a world without comments:
a) you are right, this picture was taken in istanbul, b) there is unfortunately no romantic message printed here.  it says ‘sirkeci train station’ because the station is in a neighbourhood called ‘sirkeci’ [someone who makes/sells vinegar]. also the word ‘station’ is spelled wrong; it should be ‘istasyonu.’
what i can tell you, though, which may restore some of your romantic notions, is that sirkeci rail station has a long and storied history in istanbul, and was/is the terminus of the orient express. i vacillate on the verb tense because, while the orient express doesn’t really operate anymore [it keeps getting cut back. i took it from budapest to paris in 2001, but as of now it only runs between strasbourg and vienna], it does make one ceremonial trip each year from paris to istanbul in commemoration.
there is a wikipedia article about it, if you like, to get more information about this iconic station’s history.
